Often used as a tool for succession planning, training emerging leaders, and creating new skill sets in an existing organization, it has won awards and been recognized for excellence in leadership development.
The Leadership Development Course can be customized to your needs – although the optimal approach is to create a team of volunteers in your organization who want to spend the extra time to learn to become better leaders. That team stays together over the course of four years, creating their own leadership skills and styles while supporting each other and learning more about the entire organization.
Another approach (since the course is taught on four levels) is to have your executive team take the executive level courses, while your emerging leaders take the first set of leadership courses. Customize this approach to meet your needs!
